Spartan Dyers is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratory and production facilities.

All of our dyeing equipment is automated, which is essential for minimizing batch-to-batch variation. In 2017, we completed a $400,000+ upgrade of our dyehouse controls. This investment enhanced our ability to control and monitor key variables during dyeing. Our expert chemists are trained to judge shade visually. In addition, we utilize the most modern color matching software from Datacolor to facilitate the shade matching process.

Our production capacity is over 40,000 pounds per day. With production batches ranging from 375 pounds to 3,400 pounds, we are confident we can meet your needs.

We have both dye tube and cone winding capacity. Depending on the end use, our dyed yarns can be wound with emulsions and/or disc wax. We offer both nine and six degree cones.
